Sunset Ridge offers the tranquility and peace you need to total relax and get away from the daily routine.
Rates are based on two-person occupancy as our cabins are set up for a couple.
We do have one cabin that has a luv-seat that pulls out into a twin size bed.
Our cabins have spiral staircase leading to the loft bedroom w/queen size bed
Check- in check- out can be flexible w/preapproval depending on the bookings. normal check in anytime after 1:00 check out by 11:00
Cancellations
No penalty if made within two weeks
One week $25.00 cancellation fee

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, you can pay cash at time of check-in w/credit card on hold.
Phones
Cell phone service may or may not work in our area do to our secluded location.
No Pets
We have no pet friendly cabins at the time as we are a small business and only have two cabins.
Please No Pets. if you are found with a pet in the cabin you will be ask to leave and no refund will be given.
Smoking
We provide, ashtrays and outside containers w/sand to place your butts in. We ask that you be considerate to others and smoke outside.
Do not litter by discarding butts on the ground put them in there proper place. this goes for bottle caps as well, do not throw any trash on the ground.
Fire pit
No burning of trash in the fire pit. please put fire out if you are going to bed or leaving. Smoky Bear knows best.

Damages
Damages will be charged to your credit card. Please, we understand accidents can happen, if you break any kind of glass we need to know so that we can make sure it is properly cleaned up.
Check-out
It is expected that you have washed your dishes, they can be left in dish drainer to air dry. all trash is to be thrown away properly. Wet towels hung on hooks to dry. dry ones can be placed in the hamper. Please to not shove blankets or quilts in the hamper. Turn A/C off or turn down heat. close all windows, Lock doors, then drop off your key in the lock box at bottom of hill.
Power Outages
Electrical outages can and do happen in the country. caused by ice, wind, and electrical storms to name a few reasons, we cannot give rental concession for an act of God do to the loss of power and the inconvenience it brings. During and Electrical storm please unplug electronic equipment, TV’s ect. and Please stay out of the Hot tub during such times.
Amenities
Occasionally appliances as in hot tubs etc, can malfunction. we will service & restore use as quickly as possible. but can’t make rental concession for things outside our control. We will do our best as we want your stay to be as enjoyable as it can be.
Heat & A/C
The propane fireplace is on a thermostat and is the heat source of the cabin. as romantic as it can be to look at and cuddle in front of, Do Not have both on at same time & Do Not open windows or doors while using.
Bugs
Although we take care in cleaning and treating your cabin, you are in the country it is the natural habitat of bugs & spiders. Don’t be shocked if you happen to see one. Please don’t leave food out where it will attract them or mice. It is best NOT to throw out leftover food near the cabin, as it will attract unwanted critters.
